I love how personable she is. But also my main problem with previous offices was how inaccessible my doctors were. There was no easy way to communicate and front office staff never helpful. Here so far I have been able to reach out easily and get quick replies. And the office staff were all very helpful and friendly. So far, very different from the usual doctor office experience.

It was quick and easy to have my labs reviewed. The staff was friendly and the office was very clean!

Terrible experience. I came in with worsening tingling of my leg. The physician didn’t even perform a physical exam, just told me he would refer me to neurologist STAT. A week later I’m still waiting for a call from their “referral department”. I tried contacting the office through the app and by phone but no response.

I became very sick, with more than one issue. I needed tests done but every facility either would NOT answer or call back and when I did get an appointment finally they called to cancel the day before. Mr. Masonic never gave up trying to get me into a testing place, he even called me at home to check on me.

Sharon Sabaitueis an extremally professional APRN. She is extremally thorough with her examination, listens to your concerns and gives you the correct answer/solution to your problem. She deserves a 10 but I am only giving a 3 because of the rude office staff. Since they have expanded the staff is horrible to Sabaitue's patients. I honestly hate going to the Taft location. I wish you correct your billing department. I keep receiving a bill for $16 which I do NOT owe! Another reason to find another doctor!

Old Fashion Medical Practice!, and when I say this I do not mean anything negative, on the contrary, the way it should be, takes her time to ask questions regarding your visit, do not rush you out, and treats you with respect, but at the same time as if you were your friend or family member. Great Job!

The entire staff is so friendly & so eager to help. Dr. Issa treats every patient like family. He takes time to make sure you understand your medications, test results & etc. I 100% recommend this practice.

Dr. Issa is professional, caring, and compassionate. He’s always on point when diagnosing and treating my medical issues. Dr. Issa is the only only doctor I trust with my medical care. He is the doctors doctor.

On line booking was not in sync with Doctors office! On line did not follow up! Hurd office girl tell On line people they had to call her. To verify appointment! They did not! But, once they hot to me everything went smoothly!

Dr. Berenguer is an excellent physician. The staff is courteous and accommodating. I also like the fact that this medical office offers an array of services like vaccinations, and bloodwork tests. To me this is very convenient. I'm elderly and prefer not to drive unless absolutely necessary. Finally, Dr. Berenguer is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Ramon Berenguer is a very caring Dr. Takes time to explain to you issues that your Having. Not once did I feel like I was Ruched or pressured I would highly recommend him. This was first time I seen him on a patient level and have to say was highly impressed. My Doctor that I’ve been with (same facility) for 30 plus years was on vacation so Dr Berenguer filled in on his behalf. Very very impressed. The whole staff at this facility is awesome. They are all so very kind and caring never thought I would say but it’s a pleasure to go for your visits.

Dr. Castellanos and his assistant Karen are awesome. Unfortunately I have to review my visit with 1 star only because the rude and mean main recectionist. It seems she hates her job and made me feel sad an uncomfortable. She needs training on customer service or even better: let her go.

Dr. Berenguer was very good active listener and open to clarify doubts. The experience is going positive even their AC is not working, but understanding that they are in a moving process.

5 stars ++++ I am a regularly a patient of Dr. Issa. On the day of my appt., Dr. Issa had an emergency and was called away. Dr. Berenguer graciously took me on as a patient so I wouldn't have to reschedule. I was pleasantly surprised! He was fantastic. Treated me like a friend and didn't just breeze in and out. He really took the time to sit down and find out my concerns. Not only did he answer all my questions, but he also suggested some med changes due to some test results. Really great experience.

When you ask her questions, she takes time to answer and shows you if there is something that needs to be explained further on the computer with Miss Sharron for a very long time I will never change doctors she has taken care of my whole family over the years. She is just one beautiful person inside and out.

Good visit with Dr. Castellanos. He took his time to listen to my concerns and explain everything. However, the office was not clean. The bathroom and office room had over run trash bins and trash on the floor.

Ms. Sharon is so very personable and compassionate. Had to wait a while but yesterday was my 1st appointment. Cynthia @ front desk was awesome, felt super comfortable, Sharon and I instantly clicked. So far, I give a 5 star rating, she is professional, tells it like it is, very knowledgeable. Made the trip worth it even in the pouring rain and storm. Very pleased!!!

My med experience was great with Dr issa, however I feel it was cut short because my oxygen machine was losing oxygen and I had to leave. The medicine I received fir pain is not taking the pain away, I need something a smidge stronger to help me. The shot I got did not work at all.

I felt like Dr. Castellanos really understood where I was coming from, which is an experience I'd yet to have at the doctor until now.

It was my first time and absolutely loved it. It was a little hard to find at first, it’s on the Medical building (you can park at the garage in front or they have free valet), first floor to the left and all the way at the end to the left again. Cinthya greeted me right away and was very helpful, did my blood work while I waited for Dr Sharon, which was very sweet and understanding, very easy to talk to and was able to make easy recommendations for habit changes and OTC items, listened to all my concerns and took them seriously. Totally recommend

She also has an awesome nurse (neisha) that works along side her at the Taft street location, both are always attentive and resourceful. You don't find care like this very often. I would drive the distance and recommend any one to Sharon because then I know there in great hands. I was so sad when I found out he was leaving the practice I was seeing him at but his new office reached out to me and I’m glad they did. I needed to see him right away for medical clearance for surgery so it worked out perfectly.

Dr Pedro Castellanos has been my doctor for years and listens to my needs.

Didn't get the new patient welcome and information from receptionist. Had given information and registered on line before appt, but was asked to complete same paper work in the office. I did not see the doctor requested,but given a new one who ordered tests with out clear explanations. Hope return visit is much better .

The wait was longgggg, but Doctor Castellanos is funny, and very, very, intelligent.

The PA and his office staff were very pleasant and professional.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Berenguer is knowledgeable and straight forward. I explained to him my chief complaint but after two visits we did not touch on many options for treating my complaint. He then recommended I return in 6 months. I feel that the visit would have felt more productive if he was more aggressive or outside the box with the treatment options. Also, calling the front desk can be frustrating at times. They answer and say “can you hold?” And immediately put you on hold.
